This site processes as little personal data as possible. There are no cookies, no visitor tracking and no embedded third-party content — which is why there is no cookie banner.

The contact form
If you send us a message, we process your name, email address, the subject and the text of the message — solely so that we can reply. The data reaches us by email; the site does not store it in a database. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
IP address and spam protection
To prevent abuse of the form, the site temporarily remembers how many messages have arrived from an IP address in the past hour. This data lives for at most one hour, and only on the server; nothing is left in your browser. Our legal basis is legitimate interest: without it the form would be unusable because of bots.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. There is no Google Analytics, no social media buttons, and no embedded map — our map is drawn and served from our own server. We also serve the site’s typeface ourselves, not through an external provider.
Who we share it with
Messages reach us through our hosting provider’s system and are stored with our email provider. We do not pass your data to anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google reviews on the home page
On the home page we show a selection of the reviews published on the practice’s public Google Business Profile: the reviewer’s name as used on Google, the star rating, the text and month of the review, and a link to the reviewer’s Google profile — as provided by Google’s service (Places API). Our server fetches these from Google; your browser does not contact Google for this. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting publicly shared experiences of the practice. If you wrote a review and do not want it to appear here — or you have deleted it on Google — write to drbodri@gmail.com and we will remove it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as it takes to deal with the matter, and at most for one year. If you would like it deleted sooner, just tell us.
Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or you may object to the processing. Write to drbodri@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; naih.hu), and you may also go to court.
